Studio Policy

 

Tuition is based on 47 weeks of lessons per year, divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Some months may have 3 lessons, others 5, but tuition remains the same each month.

Holidays (No Lessons)

• Easter: 1 week

• Summer (July 4th): 1 week

• Thanksgiving: 1 week

• Christmas: 2 weeks

 

Holidays do not affect monthly tuition.

Materials: Students are responsible for purchasing their own piano books.

 

Makeup Policy: Makeup lessons are typically offered on Fridays, depending on availability. Additional makeup days may be arranged if a lesson was canceled.

Sick Policy:

• If a student is sick, please arrange a makeup lesson or opt for an online session if the student feels well enough.

• If I am sick, I will offer an online lesson or reschedule a makeup.

 

Missed Lessons: Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of missed lessons. Please schedule a makeup for any missed sessions.
 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us to reschedule lessons.

• Students will be marked as a no-show after 15 minutes from their scheduled start time.

Temporary Breaks: You may pause lessons at any time; however, your time slot will be released to new students. Upon return, you may join the waitlist. Exceptions can be made during the summer—please discuss in advance.
